Results and evidence
Published metrics describe specific products, periods, and operating conditions. They are evidence of prior work and are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, citations, revenue, or equivalent client results.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, site copy, design, diagrams, and materials belong to Level Up Factory. Client ownership for delivered source, cloud resources, data, and documentation is defined by the applicable engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the fit-check form, access private systems, or represent Level Up Factory materials as your own work.
